Renault Fluence E4 D barges in at Rs. 15.20 lakh
Renault India has unwrapped the much awaited Renault Fluence E4 D today in New Delhi at a compelling price of Rs. 15.20 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The new Fluence E4 D drives power from the neoteric Step 2 1.5-liter CRDI diesel engine that is also guessed to be powering the Renault Duster SUV. Renault is anticipated to release Duster in India in the latter half of this year. The diesel version of the original Fluence was way too inferior to the petrol version and now looking at the increasing demand of diesel vehicles in the country Renault is targeting the diesel fans of the country with the new Fluence E4 D. Along with powerful 1.5-liter CRDI diesel engine this new car is bestowed with some additional equipment to woo more and more buyers.

Talking about the exteriors the E4 D version of Fluence looks exactly like the original version with the same curvy and artistic body styling. The front of the car is exceptional with the cat-eye like headlights and fancy bonnet. The stretched air dam topped with a slim grille gives the car a chic feel. The side profile gets chrome finish on the window sills. The rear end too gets a chrome finish on the boot lid. The new additions are the rain-sensing wipers and the electrically adjustable ORVMs with integrated turn lamps.
Moving on the interiors, the car gets chic dual tone leather upholstery; the confluence of the beige and black tones grant the car a sophisticated and up market feel. The new features include a dual-zone climate control with rear AC vents, automatic headlamp-on, rear parking sensors, speed limiter, cruise control and sun blinds. The central console has been endowed with additional USB, aux-in socket and Bluetooth connectivity. The safety features too have been upgraded with side chest leveling airbags for the driver and the front passenger; the already included safety features are ABS with EBD, ESP (Electronic Stability Programme), front two airbags etc.
