After a close to three-year long  stretch with Force Motors Limited, Naresh Kumar Rattan, Executive Director, has resigned from his post to join Sonalika Group as Director of Sales & Marketing for group’s three different branches- International Tractors Limited, International Cars & Motors Limited and Sonalika Tractors.

Naresh had joined Force Motors in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer -Tractors & President Sales & Marketing - Commercial and Personal Vehicle Division. Prior to his stint in Force India, Naresh has worked at different automotive sectors which also includes a 12-year-long career at the Japanese two-wheeler major, Honda Motorcycles.

About the Sonalika group, it’s one of the countries fastest growing tractor makers with product ranging from 20 HP to 90 HP. The group exports its products to over 74 countries in the world.

Recently, Force Motor has showed its interest in setting up a production facility at Chakan near Pune. With this manufacturing plant, the automaker looks to produce a wide range of products which includes engine, gearboxes, axles with an annual capacity of 50,000. Last year, Force Motors also announced its plans to invest Rs 1,000 crore in the next four years on product development along with the engine assembling bay for BMW.

Force India retails a wide range of products including small commercial vehicles, multi-utility vehicles (MUVs), light commercial vehicles, sports utility vehicles (SUVs) and agricultural tractors.
