The 2025 Kia Carens Clavis EV has been launched as the Korean carmaker’s most affordable EV. It is a seven-seater MPV sibling to the Hyundai Creta Electric SUV, both sharing a similar price range, identical battery options and specifications. The Carens Clavis electric MPV is larger than the Creta Electric SUV in all aspects and has a longer wheelbase to accommodate a third row of seating. While both the EVs have a nearly similar frunk storage capacity, the Creta Electric being a 5-seater, has a significantly larger boot space compared to the Kia MPV. However, that can be opened up to a much larger capacity with the two rows folded.

The Kia Carens Clavis EV and Hyundai Creta Electric also get a pretty similar feature suite. They have most of the basics sorted along many common premium features like ventilated seats, vehicle to load (V2L) charging, and 360-degree camera as well as ADAS for safety.
