Hyundai Offers 24x7 Roadside Assistance Retail Program

To enhance the ownership experience and to deliver best customer satisfaction, Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) in association with Allianz Global Assistance (AGA) has introduced a special 24x7 Roadside Assistance (RSA) extended Program for Hyundai customers. Existing customers can avail Hyundai's Roadside Assistance policy at a nominal charge while new ones will get the services, maintenance and roadside assistance by default with the new vehicle purchase with unlimited kilometers.

Mr. Rakesh Srivastava, Sr. VP - Sales Marketing on the RSA Program said, “The Hyundai Road Side Assistance Program was launched in 2010, with the aim of providing emergency road side assistance services round the clock to ensure a hassle free Hyundai's ownership experience. This year we are extending the policy for all customers aiming to provide them pan India reach with maximum assistance, benefit and services.”

Customers can avail the road side assistance for Rs 899 for first year, Rs 1499 for two years and Rs 1999 for complete three years. The eligibility criteria for the coverage is up to 6 years from the date of delivery of the vehicle to 1st customer.
