Heavy discounts on Maruti Petrol Cars: Over Rs. 50,000 off on Maruti Suzuki Alto, WagonR, Estilo

Soon after the rise in the price of petrol, the leading car maker of India, Maruti Suzuki announced the discounts on petrol cars of up to Rs. 50,000 for limited period on its petrol cars. The discounts on the cars are to maintain the sales of the vehicles in the automobile market. Maruti is launching new schemes to push the sales of the small cars in the market. There are a number of cars, which are being offered with discounts.

Heavy discounts on Maruti Petrol Cars: Over Rs. 50,000 off on Maruti Suzuki Alto, WagonR, Estilo

First of them is Maruti 800 with a discount of Rs. 19,000. As the company has stopped manufacturing the 800 and so one can ask for bigger discounts.  Maruti Alto F8D, F8D CNG LXi and K10 models have discount ranging between Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 50,000.  The company provides a discount of Rs. 50,000 on A-Star. WagonR petrol, Duo and CNG have a discount rate of Rs. 43,000 to Rs. 50,000.

The other vehicle of the company, which is on discount is Estilo petrol and CNG with Rs. 55,000 off. All variants of Maruti Omni have discount of Rs. 12,000. At the same time, Maruti Eeco petrol and CNG have a Rs. 15,000 off on their prices. Maruti Suzuki Swift petrol is also in the discount list and has Rs. 15,000 off on its selling price.

The Ritz both: petrol and diesel version, have a discount of Rs. 41,000 and Rs. 20,000 respectively.  Same goes with the SX4 Petrol, CNG and diesel version, which comprises of discount of Rs. 70,000. The entry level car segment is most important and Maruti caters the requirement of this market segment. This is the reason why Maruti is offering a discount on the entry level cars. Only two diesel engined cars the Ritz and the SX4 are getting discount.
