The car is expected to get a very tough competition from Hyundai Verna Fluidic sedan which is doing a great business in the market and clocked good numbers in June sales. The Ford Fiesta could get an advantage over the Hyundai car as the Hyundai car has a waiting period of about 6 months, so the launch of this new Fiesta car may divert the attention of the Indian buyers towards it.

As claimed by Ford this new Fiesta would be the best in its segment, the car would come equipped with the class features and would provide the buyer with best mileage and lowest maintenance cost in its segment.The car will be incorporated with a 1.5 Liter TDCI, turbocharged-intercooled diesel engine, as expected the car would get good sales figure to the company, as the car is expected to come equipped with new features and good levels of equipment. Ford Indian has already sent an invitation to all the Ford dealers across the country for the preview of the car on 10 July. Ford Fiesta price and the other variant details will be announced on 14 July, that is on the launch of this car.
