Ford EcoSport automatic for China. India will also get it.
Ford EcoSport has been launched in China, and it has been launched with the 1.5-litre petrol. The EcoSport is at the moment available in China only in the petrol version with a 5-speed manual transmission and 6-speed automatic transmission. The award winning 1.0-litre EcoBoost engine will go on sale when the plant to manufacture this engine will be ready, sometime in the next month.

The EcoSport in India will be available with the 1.0-litre EcoBoost and 1.5-litre petrol engines and the 1.5-litre oil burner as well. The DCT will be available on the EcoSport in India, but it seems that it could come only on the petrol. Also, we hear from our sources, that Ford along with its Chinese partner will get the long-wheel base version on the EcoSport in China. The launch of EcoSport in India happens in the first quarter of 2013.
