Chevrolet Spark and Chevrolet Beat LPG enabled soon to enter in India
Maruti SX4 LPG is a success in the Indian automobile market which has given others an option for the same. Looking at the response General motors India also decided to launch the Chevrolet Spark and Chevrolet Beat with LPG fuel option. The Chevrolet Spark and Chevrolet Beat made a good hit in the Indian car market with other fuel options. This time the company is ready to launch the LPG fuel option in to the Indian auto sector. This LPG fuel option in GM cars is expected to launch with the launch of 1 liter diesel Chevrolet Beat in the Indian market which is speculated to be launched soon.

General Motors India has decide to launch its series of cars with alternative fuel options in the Indian market. The company has already planned to launch around 14 variants by the year 2011-12. All these cars will be placed at a different price segment, but will be based on same existing platforms.

The Chevrolet Spark does not come with an Automatic gearbox, you have the Maruti A Star and the Hyundai i10 which have an automatic option.
