the typical luxury SUV
Look and Style well done with leather but people will be unable to put on a seat cover in aid of the airbags present in pretty much appropriate locations(mostly because of the ones behind the seat) Comfort the class and calibre of the leather in not only the W8 but in every variant,it seems a good choice in terms of comfort as well. The presence of ...Read More

It's Not A Bad Move To Buy This SUV
I got the XUV500 in Sept 2013 and I've done almost 1000km. Look and Style: I believe it has got stunning looks and is a head turner. Some people say It was overstyled, but I like this extra attention to details, such as the design of the tail lamps with all that Chinese stuff. I think Mahindra has got the design right, perhaps what Indian wants fr...Read More

What An Unethical Service
Look and Style: Good. Comfort: Average. Pickup: Good. Mileage: Average. I am writing to inform all of an honorific negative experience I had on 28th September when I bought XUV 500 W8 From K.S.Automobile, Udaipur. First when I showed my interest in the XUV ( No loan-self payment in one go), the sales team came down to my house but when I paid fu...Read More

It Is Only A MPV Marriage Procession Vehicle
Look and style: The XUV500's sole positive point is its looks Comfort: I'd rather say, it is just ok! It takes a lot of courage to buy one as you need to visit service stations regularly to fix the ever-rising problems. This SUV is full of surprises as you don't know what all features are working and how long they'll work? Pickup: The Duster, Inn...Read More

Delhi To Mumbai In 21 And Half Hours
Look and Style: It looks great. Comfort: Its a comfortable car. Pickup: Its good too. Mileage: Around  13Kmpl Needs to improve: I would like to suggest Mahindra to work on the quality of the plastics. Overall Experience: I have done around 5000 km on my XUV, including a  Delhi to Mumbai trip. It was a great experience. I have been from Delhi to Mum...Read More

An 18000Km Review
Look and Style: There is no doubt that the car has good appeal, commands respect and is an eye stopper. Â Â Comfort: The front seat is extremely comfortable. It would have been worthwhile if the second row was also given the same contours for the back rest. The third row is a straight seat and extra leg room can be created by tilting the second-row ...Read More

Lousy Electronics
Look and Style: Great  Comfort: Ok   Pickup: Good  Mileage: 13Kmpl Best Features: ABS Needs to improve: Software, decrease the cabin noise (especially in the  last row seats), pathetic plastic interiors and the irritating silver colored lines in the dash console which reflect on the windscreen all the time. Overall Experience: It has just done...Read More

Crappy Electronics
Look and Style: It has good looks, however, the vehicle is vastly overrated. Comfort: The leather seats give a better feel than the basic fabric. The plastics are extremely poor. The locks broke within three months of buying the vehicle. The electronics are absolutely crappy. The integrated sound system broke within two months of buying and they d...Read More

Low On Hopes
Look and Style: Great looks and styling. Comfort: Seats are quite comfortable but for the last row they aren't.  Pickup is good enough with substantial power.   Mileage doesn't really bother me. Best Features are the outer looks and the interior looks. Needs to improve on few things, once you rev up the engine for power the front end of the car ...Read More

Advantages And Disadvantages
Look and Style : Ok Comfort : Ok. Pickup Ok Mileage 10 to 12Kmpl  in the city and 14.5 to 16.5Kmpl on the Highways. Needs to improve : Interior plastic quality. 2nd-row seat space is more than what is required and hence the 2nd row and 3rd row should have been kept on rails so that it would have been useful for making room for luggage. Servic...Read More

The Beast At Its Best
Look and Style : Aggressive and bold looks matching with international standards. Tough looks and a tougher metal frame. Unique styling doesn't need words to describe. Comfort: Unmatched comfort for the driver and co-drivers. Seats at a good height. Excellent road visibility. Rear seat 2nd row could have been better. 3rd row seats not meant for pe...Read More

A Stylish SUV
Look and Style: Definitely the XUV500 is a crowd puller with its stylish looks and aerodynamic contours. I like the sleekness of the body and design of the body. Mahindra has added electronic features in the car with GPS, Bluetooth, DVD player, touch screen, voice recognition and what not. Though, I have my doubts with the robustness of these elect...Read More

Feel Apologetic About XUV500
Pickup is good , no complaint about that. But the glove box in the middle of the console just above the interactive screen should have made matted so that it doesn't blind the driver due to Sun's reflection. Its latch is not user-friendly as it needs special training to shut it.  Mileage is not up to the desired level especially in the city ,Mah...Read More

Greatest SUV I Ever Drove
Look and Style : No doubt Mahindra has done a fantabulous job by launching this car in the market. It looks awesome on the road. The most liked feature by my family is the mood lighting and white LED in headlamps, but the dealer informed us not to use LED and DRL as there is some issue in it, so I use it only at during the night. Secondly, the blue...Read More

Serious Quality Issues
Look and Style appearance is fantastic Comfort   1.The dual tone on the dashboard is plasticky, cheap 2.Quality glitches with the glove box. 3.Infotainment software had problems twice within the first month of ownership and I was told the Software has already gone for 3rd revision with the bugs fixed from the earlier 2 versions   Major Problem...Read More

Awesome Machine
Look and Style: Lot of muscle, turns heads on road be it a Merc driver or a lorry driver. Comfort: First row, especially the driver seat is top sedan class. Middle row, when reclined, is good. With 3rd row up, looks a bit cramped for an adult. Pickup: Really great. Tried it with 11 adults in the car and was amazed to see the same pulling capacity...Read More

Mahindra XUV 500, The Best SUV In Its Segment
Look and Style : I bought Mahindra XUV 500 SUV couple of months ago and I found this car one of the best in its segment. Mahindra XUV 500 has Cheetah like exteriors and giant front fascia provides a completely unique feel. The jaw shaped front grille and body lines of attacking Cheetah makes it look more stylish as well as dynamic. At first glance,...Read More

Don't buy XUV 500
Look and Style : Great. Comfort : Good Pickup: Good Mileage: Good 13-14 Kmpl (I drove on the highway for 700km). My car is now 1500 km driven. Best Features : I bought XUV 500 W8 on Jan 15 and this is the list of issues I have faced in last 15 days: The car has been manufactured using the worst quality material. So it's not a low-cost car, its ...Read More

Look and Style : Very Beautiful and Muscular looks with beautifully crafted front and side lines. Comfort : Safety features are way above it has been priced and up to the mark but doesn't take on the bumpy road as it is in the Luxury segment. Good Effort Indeed
Look and Style : It’s almost like Outlander,  which I always hated in terms of looks. SUVs are all about looks, high seating, ground clearance, internal space somehow it doesn't fulfil any of these. Proportions are bad, you have to make it so narrow on top? it’s just eccentricity to map an SUV to an animal would have been better if designers had st...Read More

My First Test Drive Today
Look and Style : On this front, the XUV 500 took me by surprise. The vehicle looks much better than the pr photos dished out during launch on the net. Having lived abroad a long time I am used to PR photos being better than the actual product . In the case of the XUV , the vehicle looked much more polished and refined than the publicity photos. I ...Read More

I Am Really Excited To Get The Keys Of My Muscular Cheetah
Look and Style : As the Mahindra & Mahindra mentioned to have cheetah looks on the XUV but it has rather a sporty styling. Comfort : I can say its comfortable for long drives, good leather seats with head rests, and we can also fold the rear two row seats and to make it a bed that's amazing for long drives. Pickup : Yeah it has cool pick up. Mile...Read More

XUV500 Review
Got a chance to test drive this vehicle, the performance is ok while driving you feel same as the Scorpio. But seating style is different as compared to the Scorpio. So the handling also little different. Actually to be frank I don't like the vehicle in its appearance. Mahindra is still not learning to make the shape and finishing. The front shape...Read More

Mahindra XUV 500: A Class Apart
Look and Style: Recently, I have undergone a test drive of all new Mahindra XUV 500. This new avatar of Mahindra has a unique and global design.
