Look and style: The XUV500's sole positive point is its looks  Comfort: I'd rather say, it is just ok! It takes a lot of courage to buy one as you need to visit service stations regularly to fix the ever-rising problems. This SUV is full of surprises as you don't know what all features are working and how long they'll work?  Pickup: The Duster, Innova and the CR-V have better pickup than this heavy vehicle.  Mileage: One word – Pathetic. I never got more than 9.5kmpl.  Best features: The XUV500 features are showpieces and had been incorporated just to woo customers.  Needs to improve: Everything, literally everything!  Mahindra should focus on delivering quality products rather than vehicles with plenty of features. Also, the after sales services of the automaker need to get  responsive. There are responses to your emails.   Overall Experience Extremely bad – my vehicle's seven parts were changed in the first eight months of ownership and till now, in total, my car had covered just 6000km.
