Tata Kite 5 Compact Sedan - Picture Gallery!

Tata has revealed next to production version of the Kite 5 compact sedan at the on-going 2016 Indian Auto Expo. It is Zica’s compact sedan, but with subtle changes and a very distinguished rear, which provides it with a unique character. Technically, it will replace the Indigo eCS and will sit below Zest. It is expected to be launched later this year. Kite 5 is the codename of this compact sedan, though with we can state with assurance that it will receive a new name, just like Zica did.

Tata has revealed next to production version of the Kite 5 compact sedan (now called the Tata Tigor) at the on-going 2016 Indian Auto Expo.

The vehicle will feature new diesel and petrol engine, which Tata had already debuted with Zica. Like the hatch, diesel trims will get the 1.05-litre  Revotorq 3-cylinder diesel. Revotorq is a new family of diesel engines - debuted by Tata Motors with the new Zica. Though, the 1.2-litre naturally aspirated engine is the second engine in the Revotron family, which was debuted by Zest. In terms of features, Kite 5 shares almost everything with Zica! However, Kite 5 comes with few extra adds like projector headlamps, 15-inch alloys, a larger screen infotainment system, amongst others.
