Skoda Rapid Prestige Edition Launched at Rs 8.99 lakh
Skoda Auto India has today launched a limited edition version of its flagship sedan, the Skoda Rapid at a price of Rs 8.99 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The new limited edition Skoda Rapid Prestige receives some new features like navigation, parking sensors, wind visors and floor mats, which makes it more feature rich.

The Rapid Prestige edition will also sport special Prestige badging on the sides of the car making it easily identifiable for the customer. The limited Prestige edition has been made available with the 1.6-litre TDI diesel engine option that churns out the maximum power output of 104bhp @4400rpm along with the peak torque of 250Nm@1500–2500rpm
Skoda has been trying hard to keep the sales going at a time when the market is not in a very good shape. A few days back Skoda India came up with an attractive finance scheme, according to which a customer can buy a Rapid and pay the EMI an year after the purchase. As a result of the new campaign, consumers can now avail a premium sedan without worrying about paying the EMI in the first year. The balance amount can be paid through unique repayment options thereafter.
