Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza Variant-wise Features Leaked
A leak has revealed the variant-wise feature details of the upcoming compact SUV, Maruti Vitara Brezza. The leak also strengthens the possibility that Vitara Brezza might only be available in diesel models in India and petrol variants will be exclusive for export purposes.

Maruti’s upcoming Vitara Brezza compact SUV is generating all the buzz these days and a recent leak has revealed the variant-wise feature details of the upcoming compact SUV. The leak also strengthens the possibility that Vitara Brezza might only be available in diesel models in India and petrol variants will be exclusive for export purposes. Let’s check out what all will we be treated with in the upcoming compact SUV offering from India’s largest automaker.
As seen in the sheet above, it is fairly easy to deduce that none of the Vitara Brezza variants will come with Maruti’s SHVS mild-hybrid technology. Also, one can deduce that the car will be available in 6-variants, four of which will be your standard LDi, VDi, ZDi and ZDi+ models and in addition to these, two optional variants viz. LDi(O) and VDi(O) will also be made available. What needs to be noted is that the 15-inch alloys, standard headlamps, driver's-airbags, bumper-integrated turn indicators, speed-sensitive door locks, front power windows, manual AC, sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, tilt steering, parcel tray, driver footrest, black door handles and manual day/night IRVM will come standard across all variants.
Under the hood, Brezza is expected to incorporate Maruti’s time-tested Fiat-sourced 1.3-liter DDiS mill, which will produce 90PS in the compact sub-4 meter SUV, which if the body construction is light enough, will able to go head to head with the likes of Ford Ecosport and Mahindra TUV300. Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza will be launched at the upcoming 2016 Indian Auto Expo, which will be led in Greater Noida region.
