Maruti Suzuki Further Teases Vitara Brezza!
Maruti teases again its upcoming Vitara Brezza compact SUV, revealing its front facia. It will make its world premier at the 2016 Indian Auto Expo next month.

Vitara Brezza has been designed completely in-house by Maruti Suzuki and will be launched in a couple of weeks after its world premiere at the Auto Expo 2016
Maruti has teased again their first-ever compact SUV, which is bound to be revealed at the upcoming Auto Expo. It is the much-awaited fend by Maruti to Ford EcoSport and it will also compete with the recent entrant in this segment, the Mahindra TUV300. Speaking of the prices, it is expected that Vitara Brezza will undercut Ford EcoSport! Maruti has revealed that it will be launched in a few weeks after its reveal at the Expo. Expect it to reach showrooms around March, 2016.
Maruti has said that the vehicle has been designed and developed within the country. The design has taken a lot of its inspiration from Swift and the new Vitara. The front and rear profiles subtly resemble with the new Vitara, while the prominent floating roof is reminiscent of Swift. Furthermore, decoding from various teaser images, Vitara Brezza will have a sleek grille flanked by projector headlamps with LED daytime running lights. The automaker has also revealed that it will ride on 16-inch alloy wheels and will feature squarish wheel arches!
Engine options will be borrowed from the current lineup. It is obvious that the petrol will be the 1.2-liter VTVT motor, while diesel is most likely the 1.3-liter DDiS200 with SHVS (mild-hybrid). If it offers Suzuki’s mild-hybrid SHVS tech, expect class leading fuel efficiency figures for the diesel. Transmission options will include a standard 5-speed manual, while CVT from Baleno is expected to be offered with it.
