Honda envisages full production capacity utilisation in India

Honda India envisages making use of the full production capacity at their manufacturing facilities of 100,000 units per annum. This is to bring the production of the cars in tandem with the demand, which is expected to increase drastically with the recent launch of Honda Brio. Honda India has placed the Honda Brio price most competitively to ward off the competition among its contenders. To incur more profits, Honda India foresees to increase the localization of Honda Brio car from present 80% to 90% by 2012.
