Honda Amaze Launch Date Preponed to 11th April ?
Honda Cars India might launch the much anticipated Honda Amaze even before to what Autocar India reported yesterday. A report published yesterday on Autocar India's website claimed the launch date of Amaze to be April 16, and today Overdrive says that the launch date of Amaze has been brought forward from the 16th to 11th April. Such a decision has been taken so that the Amaze can be delivered to dealerships across India as soon as possible.

The report further says that Honda began production of Amaze in January and has already built more than 10,000 units so that they can fill the huge demand without keeping the buyers on wait. The company is expecting a huge response for Honda's first ever diesel car, and we have already seen the kind of hype the vehicle has already created ever since its announcement.
The report further says that the company is aiming to sell around 12,000 units of the Honda Amaze every month and if demand goes even higher, it can take the production to 20,000 units per month. There are no official words on the pricing of the car, we are expecting it to be around Rs 5.5-6 lakh.
