Fiat unveils Avventura Urban Cross at Auto Expo 2016

The Italian automaker, Fiat, is continuing with its juggernaut of unveilings at the Auto Expo 2016. The carmaker has revealed a bunch of cars like Punto Pure, Punto Abarth, Linea, Abarth 595 Competizione and now with the new Avventura Urban Cross, it is looking forward to storm the market. The car looks absolutely marvellous as it is a wonderful blend of a hatchback and a crossover. The dynamic nature of Fiat Avventura Urban Cross is further accentuated by the presence of DRL and LEDs which makes the front portion of the vehicle an aesthetically pleasing sight. The silver lining around the car adds to the elegance of the vehicle, while other dramatic changes like additions of alloy wheels and roof rails, amongst others - give the vehicle a fabulous theme from the outside.

The additional colour option of grey along with a modified interior theme makes the interior of the car quite soothing. The engine has not undergone any change, but the aesthetic changes are the ones that are visible to the outside world and that is where Fiat Avventura Urban Cross will certainly make an impact. 

There would be two engine variants including a petrol and diesel mill. The 1.4-litre petrol trim delivers 88.8bhp via its 1368cc engine, whereas the 1.3 litre 16V MULTIJET engine carves away 91.72bhp with displacement of 1248cc. As far as torque is concerned, Fiat Avventura Urban Cross delivers 209Nm for the MULTIJET engine, whereas, for the FIRE petrol motor, the torque stands at 115Nm. 

The competition is tough for the car as Ford EcoSport is already doing very well in the market. As per the India launch, the new crossover will be released in the third quarter of 2016.
