BMW Mini to be priced at Rs 25 lakh

According to market reports BMW India is all set to launch the British marque Mini at a starting price of Rs 25 Lakh. The rise in fuel prices and high lending interest rates have affected the car sales in India and this may be one of the reason for the luxury car maker BMW to make a move to launch a low priced small car in India. If the reports are to be believed the German car maker is expected to import the iconic small car in the next two months and open two flagship dealerships, in Delhi and Mumbai. The car will be launched in BMW popular variants Cooper, Countryman, Clubdoor and the Cabrio. The top variant Clubman is speculated to be priced around Rs 30 lakh.
