Audi India Opens its First Showroom in Goa
Audi India opened its first showroom in Goa. This becomes the 7th dealership in the Western region of India. The company plans to open 4 more across the nation by the end of the year. This Showroom is located at Porvorim and was inaugurated by the MD, Audi Goa (MVR Automobiles Pvt. Limited) Venkat Muppana. With this, now the entire Audi India model range will be available for sale in Goa. This dealership will also include an Audi Shop and Audi Exclusive elements where one can buy Audi branded merchandise and also order customized products.

Micheal Perschke, Head, Audi India said that the launch of the Goa showroom amplifies Audi’s presence in one of the key markets for luxury automobiles. He further added that Audi is happy to associate with MVR Automobiles with their rich experience of over 50 years in infrastructure projects across the region. He also mentioned that by the end of the year 2012, Audi will have 25 dealers pan India, with Lucknow and Kanpur being two of the cities among the others where they plan to enter. Mr. Muppana, MD, Audi Goa (MVR Automobiles Pvt. Ltd) on the other hand said that it has been a matter of great pride for them to be associated with Audi. He also said that keeping Audi’s global and India strategy in mind, they will strive to attain the No.1 position in Goa in the coming months.
