2014 Nissan Sunny facelift launched in Thailand
The Nissan Sunny facelift has already arrived in Thailand which prominently shows several cosmetic upgrades over it. The company has confirmed to being its facelift sedan in India by 2014 Indian Auto Expo. The Thailand model is being reckoned as the same vehicle which would be arriving in India soon.
The front has received all-new grille with chrome embelishment, new bumper and restyled fog lamps. The headlamps are also shaped with more attractive design and the lower part has received chrome highlights. Moving to the side profile, the sedan sports noticeable 15-inch alloy wheels, while the overall appeal of the vehicle has been enhanced in a way. The facelift Suuny also gets new LED turn indicators on the sides.
The rear gets a dual tone effect, and a newly added stoplight over the protruding spoiler. Inside the sedan, the piano balck instrument cluster and a new sporty looking steering wheel has raised the bar when it comes to the premiumness of the car. It also features a 2-DIN radio with a 6.1-inch touchscreen DVD player mounted on the console. There are various chrome inserts on the steering and gear knob, which ultimately lifts up the ambience of the sedan.
For the Thailand market, the company has come up with a 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine, combined to either five-speed manual or CVT automatic gear transmission. As of the Indian market is concerned, Nissan will make the vehicle available with 1.5-litre engine in both petrol and diesel engine.
