Toyota India inaugurates first ever Express Service Outlet in Delhi
Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. has announced the launch of its first ever Toyota Express Service (TES) outlet in the country. It is located at Galaxy Toyota, Rama Road, New Delhi. It is started with a vision to provide high quality service to the customers within the shortest, possible, time period.

The concept of TES was conceived keeping in mind the customer’s needs so that the customer can spend quality time relaxing at the facility while the vehicle gets serviced, thus duly valuing the precious time of the customer. The new Toyota Express Service outlet is conveniently located within very close proximity to a full fledged Toyota dealership which supports the TES with parts and other paraphernalia as required. Toyota has also introduced Dry Washing technology at TES to clean the vehicle body. This renders better appearance to the vehicle post cleaning than the conventional water wash at no additional cost to the customer.
Spread over a total area of around 8,000 sq ft, the new Galaxy Toyota Express Service outlet has 3 Express Maintenance bays. With its efficient operations following Toyota standard operating methods,this facility can churn out around 35 units in a day. Launching Toyota Express Service at the inauguration of the new Galaxy Toyota Express Service outlet, Mr. Sandeep Singh, DMD & COO, TKM, said, “Given the importance of time, it is our aim is to provide the best quality services to our customers in the shortest time span through Toyota’s Express Services. We feel honoured by the loyalty of our customers and are committed to exceed their expectation at all times.”
