The world’s cheapest and the most anticipated car Tata Nano launch on 23rd March. Tata Motors is finally decided to launch Tata Nano on 23rd March. Tata Nano will be displayed at Tata dealerships from the first week of April 2009 but its booking will be started by the second week of April. It is expected that Tata Nano launch revolutionise the auto industry that has been generated immense interest in India and abroad.

Tata Nano launch might lead to growth in the Indian auto market. Tata Motors displayed the world's cheapest car, Tata Nano at the Geneva Motor Show last year and plans to launch its European version at the show in March 2009.

On Thursday, Tata Motors announced the Tata Nano launch date that is created a lot of excitement among its dealers and vendors. A Tata dealer in Mumbai said that Tata Nano initial bookings would keep the Tata Motors busy for the next three years. “Tata Nano is the most awaited car, therefore, Tata Nano launch is welcomed by the world. We are looking forward for Tata Nano launch, as it is very important to us as a company,” said Surinder Kapoor, executive chairman, Sona Koyo Steering Systems.
