Tata Nano bookings fetches 2500 crore for Tata Motors
India's one of the largest car manufacturer Tata Motors has been fetched a large amount of 2500 crore from the bookings of its most famous model Tata Nano. The bookings of Tata Nano model was started on the 9th of April this year the bookings were ended on 25th of April 2009. According to reports company sold 6.10 lakh forms and this fetched around Rs 2500 crore for Tata Motors.

The Tata Nano model is expected to hit the road by the month of July this year and the diesel version of the car will be launched by the next year. For financing its Tata Nano model the Tata Motors has tied up with many PSU banks like Bank of India, State Bank of India and Corporation Bank of India.
