Tata Motors delivers 2,501 units of it's small car Nano
Tata Motors which is the country's largest auto maker company delivered 2,501 units of small car Tata Nano sale in the month of August. The company rolled out the car on July 17 and registered a delivery of 4,976 units during the first month and half. During the first 15 days of July the company delivered 2,457 units of the car. The vehicle is priced Rs one lakh for the base variant and costs anything up to Rs 1,75,000 that depends on the model.

The company rolled out the car on July 17 and registered a delivery of 4,976 units during the first month and half. During the first 15 days of July the company delivered 2,457 units of the car. The vehicle is priced Rs one lakh for the base variant and costs anything up to Rs 1,75,000 that depends on the model. Ratan Tata had said in the company's Annual Report in July it would deliver up to 60,000 Nanos within the next year. Even after planning to roll out the 'small wonder' from Singur, Tata Motors had to shift the project due to the violent protests by farmers last year in Gujarat.
