Upcoming Red Hot Ferrari F12 TRS, images inside!

Ferrari, the brand known for its sleek and flamboyant cars is reportedly working on a new model, build specially for the customers willing to shell few extra bucks. Some pictures leaked on internet hint towards the creation of a completely new car- The Ferrari F12 TRS. The pictures were taken from a private event held at Ferrari's own Fiorano test facility. Though it’s still not clear if the car has been built exclusively for a Ferrari's loyal customer under the Special Projects program or will be made available to other customers across the nations.

As seen in the pictures, the new model is based upon the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta with more aggressive styling cues. It may also be that the owner has asked the company to build a new car based on the existing model range, under Ferrari Tailor Made program. Moreover, the car is rumored to cost $4.2 million, INR 25.34 crore. But hell ya! With that much money one can buy a couple of LaFerrari and then too will be left with a lot of money.

In terms of design modification, the new model gets larger air intake with slit-style while the hood gets a new power bulge. Moreover, the biggest styling change is done on the roof as the coupe panel might be either completely removed or will get an electronic targa top, the one seen in BMW E-Class convertible. About the name, the company recently filled a trademark notice with the Italian government for this exact symbol- F12 TRS. Little less we know apart form the name and approximate price tag.

Furthermore, according to Jalponik, “The special model was commissioned by a wealthy customer who was willing to pay no less than 4.2M USD which would make the LaFerrari chump change at 1.4M USD.”

The new model looks quite different from the ongoing models and it is expected that the car will in-house the famous and powerful 6.2-liter, V12 engine with F1-inspired KERS (Kinetic Energy Recovery System) which churns a monstrous power of 730bhp.

In India,  the company offers Ferrari 458 Italia, Ferrari California, Ferrari 458 Spider, Ferrari FF,  and the Ferrari F12berlinetta. The manufacturer is also planning to bring the recently launched Ferrari California and Ferrari 458 Speciale in this part of the world.
