Toyota to commence production of three hybrid cars in Japan

Earthquake in Japan has not only affected the whole country in terms of health, wealth and many other things, but has also affected car makers like Toyota which is world’s number one automobile company. The Tsunami has badly affected Japan and thus the normal ongoing process of the country has been affected a lot. The nuclear break out problem has made many Japan automobile companies to halt the production of cars.

The production of the cars is heavily affected and the companies had to bear loss in the production. Toyota is one of the best automobile manufacturing company which has the maximum number of production in Japan. The tragedy has badly affected and thus the production of the company was paused for a while.

Recent news revealed by the close sources states that, Toyota has taken the decision of manufacturing its three new hybrid models in Japan. Toyota hybrid models include Toyota Prius, Toyota Lexus HS250h and Toyota CT200h. These three hybrid models are to be manufactured at the Japan manufacturing unit.

The disrupted manufacturing is again to be resumed and thus the production will start from March 28th. Production of these hybrid cars will to be resumed in the Tsutsumi factory located in central Japan and Toyota Motor Kyushu located in south Japan . Toyota Company has halted the operation in around 12 assembly factories in Japan. The halted operation has made a production loss of 1, 40, 000 vehicles.

The loss of production will soon be recovered and thus the company has decided to carry on the regular operation process. The new hybrid cars production will start from March 28 and thus the company plans to achieve its target. Toyotas' Indian arm Toyota Kirloskar Motors is also keen at enhancing its production capacity and the company is rumoured to spend around Rs 300 crore on the project.
