This year Renault Clio RS also participated in this legendary event. With Carlos Tavares, the Chief Operating Officer drove the test vehicle and completed the famous hill-climb.

The debut of the Clio is expected in a few months. So far the only details that have been revealed about the 2013 Clio RS are that it will have a 1.6-litre turbocharged four-pot instead of the 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine.

The Clio is a supermini car which was originally launched in 1990 and is now in its 3rd generation.
