Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai and Toyota Rise, While Tata Declines in June

The month of June has been a pleasant one for most auto-makers in India. Inspecting a decline for past two months, June has come out as a relief for nearly all. What has appealed the most this time is, the decent hike in car sales despite the petrol price hikes and economic slowdown. Maruti Suzuki India has reported 20.30% of growth with a total 96,597 units as compared to the last year's 80,298 units in the same month. Out of total sold units, domestic sales stood at 83,531 registering a growth of 19.30%, while the exports too saw a rise of 27.13% with a total 13,066 units, the company said.
