Honda Amaze launch on 11th April, Ford Ecosport coming in June
The two major launches for this year are the Honda Amaze, as this is the first Honda to get a diesel engine and the second is the Ford Ecosport. The Honda Amaze has been reviewed by the CarDekho Team and we have been highly impressed by this product. Now, all depends on the prizing of the vehicle and it is believed that the Amaze will be about Rs 20,000 - 30,000 more than its benchmark competition, the Maruti Suzuki Swift DZire. The wait for Amaze finally ends as Honda will unveil the pricing on the 11th of April.

The Ford Ecosport is the other vehicle that has diverted major attention of everyone. The Ecosport gets a 1.0-litre turbocharged direct turbo engine that can revolutionise the Indian car market and Ford is pretty confident about it. The Ecosport is based on the Ford Fiesta platform and it shares a majority of the parts with the Fiesta. Also with the increase in localization, Ford is confident of the success of this product. Now, all depends on how good the engine is and what is the final investment for a consumer to procure a Ford Ecosport. From what we confirm, it is sometime in the first half of June.
