EXCLUSIVE- Audi to launch the S6 in June, A3 by the end of this year
Audi India has been triggered by its boost in sales, as the German auto manufacturer claims to be No 1 in luxury car sales. In order to retain its lead, the German manufacturer will introduce a new product/refresh in every four-six weeks till the end of this year.
Audi will get in the S6 in June, and that will the next launch after its recent introduction of the A6 special edition. The S6 is the sportier version of the A6 and will be powered by bigger engine. The company will also introduce the S7 later on.
With Mercedes-Benz introducing the A-Class and BMW getting the 1 Series, Audi will get the A3 for the Indian car market. The A3 will be launched by the end of this year and also a powerful version, the S3 will be coming too. The Ingolstadt-based manufacturer has a goal to increase its dealership network to 34 by this end year and even employee more 1500 people. The company wants to take a lead on its current growth and increase the gap like the Chinese luxury car market. Seems like Audi has a well-executed plan for the coming months, and other luxury car manufacturers will have to pull up their socks to be competitive. What’s your take on Audi’s line-up?
