Chevy to Showcase 5 Concept Vehicles at SEMA 2014

As the 2014 SEMA Show (Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Associations) approaches, Chevrolet announces that it will showcase 28 vehicles including five vehicles the company build in association with partners. The automaker will also showcase crate engines, transmission and other important spare parts at the SEMA show scheduled from 4-7 November, 2014 in the casino legal city of Las Vegas, Nevada.

In the Sonic Performance concept, the automaker made some amends under the hood too. The height is lowered by track tuned suspensions which adds a sportier stance. The car embraces 1.4-litre turbo I-4 engine with cold air-induction and high-flow exhaust systems to help produce more power output. On the exterior, the car gets Synergy Green paint with white stripes and rides on white 17-inch aluminum wheels. Sweet Led Zeppelin music comes from a powerful Kicker subwoofer and amplifier.

The Chevy SS Sports Concept features grille kit, fog lamp bezels, black stripes on the bright red body color with 20-inch low profile black wheels with Holden logo caps. Mechanically the car remains unchanged as it still generates an output of 415 hp with 562 NM torque.

As the name suggests, the Impala Blackout concept gets all black grille, black rear spoiler, painted mirror caps, 19-inch wheels and all black leather interiors. Under the hood, the car gets 3.6-liter V6 engine.

Chevrolet Cruze RS package adds a sportier character to the Cruze saloon. With Wildfire Metallic paint and unique lower body molding and bold rear spoiler, the car becomes a serious head turner. Paul Edwards, Vice President of Chevrolet Marketing, said, "These concepts suggest possibilities of how to personalize each model and amplify Chevrolet's performance leadership."
