Abarth Punto EVO Snapped at a Fiat Dealership

Fiat's much awaited hot hatch, Abarth Punto EVO has been spied once again and this time the car seems parked at a dealership as one picture shows the reflection of the manufacturer's billboard. Launching on October 19, it will be offered with two different colors namely-black and the other white, both with red decals.

With credentials like the 1.4-litre T-jet motor with 145 bhp of power and 212 Nm of torque, it is expected to stand strong against the likes of VW Polo GT TSI and Ford Figo 1.5-litre TiVCT petrol. This revitalized Punto is said to achieve performance figure like 0-100 km/h time in 8.8 seconds and a top speed that will easily clock over 180 km/h.

The exterior will get sporty styling that will distinguish it from the normal Punto, like red garnish on the front and rear bumpers, race strip running from the hood towards the roof and on the tailgate. While the hatch rides on 16-inch diamond cut scorpion alloys and not to forget the all around Abarth badging.

Insides are pretty much same except an all-black setup, contrasting stitching on the seats and the Abarth insignia on the steering wheel.

Other important features include standard dual airbags, ABS-EBD and disc brakes on all four wheels. Price wise, it is expected to stay below 10 lacs, at least at the time of the launch.
