17,000 Units of Ford EcoSport Booked within 2 weeks
American automaker Ford that launched the much anticipated EcoSport Compact SUV in the country about two weeks ago, has already set a milestone by grabbing over 17,000 bookings, a report published in Financial Express claims. And the credit must go to its jaw-dropping starting price of Rs. 5.59 lakh and the style it carries. The car has been well received by the people, and such a bumper opening in a short span of time is what speaks about it.

And as expected, out of the total booked cars, diesel run variants got the maximum buyers, however 1.0-litre EcoBoost powered version too has attracted many buyers. The car was priced so well that the hatchback, sedan and compact SUV buyers got a genuine option in the form of EcoSport.
Ford has recently announced a recall for the EcoSport diesel version to relocate the glow plug module for which the company has been contacting all the customers who bought the diesel EcoSport.
