Renault to uncover the B+ segment small car on October 29th
A new hatchback from the French car manufacturer, Renault is expected to be launched in India at 2012 Auto Expo. Before the launch, Mr Carlos Taveras, the COO of Renault is said to unveil the B+ segment hatchback on October 29th. This new car will be the third model from Renault India to occupy the berth in the premium hatchback segment. The luxury brand will hold the unveiling event at the Jaypee’s F1 venue.

The specifications and the other details will however be shared during the actual launch of this anonymous hatchback. peculations are rife regarding the launch where people have started linking the present hatchback with Renault Modus, which was spotted during the test rounds few days back. Nevertheless, the Renault Modus is based on the B+ platform while the upcoming unnamed small car is believed to be a V-platform based car. The new car is not the Renault Clio, Renault Clingo or Renault Sandero either.

This is an anonymous new model from Renault designed by their exclusive designers at their Mumbai studio. Renault Modus was caught testing earlier for its viability in Indian weather conditions. However, the French manufacturer had ruled out the possibility of its launch in the domestic car market. The Renault Modus sports a peculiar design and there enough qualms of its acceptance by the Indians.
