Premier Rio petrol variant launched at Rs 4.7 lakh

Premier Motors, known for its SUVs has just launched its compact SUV Premier Rio in petrol version. Although a diesel variant of Premier Rio was already available in Indian market, this is an attempt by US based company to make Premier Rio a more popular name in Indian car market. Premier Rio price for the new petrol version is kept at Rs 4.7 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).

Overall Premier Rio petrol specifications seem to be an attractive deal for a price sensitive country like India. Power steering, power windows, split foldable rear seats, electric door mirrors, ABS with EBD, rear seat belts, high ground clearance of 200 mm, central locking etc what else one wants? Although Premier Rio petrol is not capable of flaunting its looks, the compact SUV is available in five colours-Cherry Red, Paradise White, Mystic Black, Steering Silver and Topaz Blue. Cup holders in console with digital clock, door ajar warning lamp, 3 spoke steering wheel, Tachometre and CD player with 4 speakers are some other features present in the cabin of Premier Rio. The new Rio petrol is seen as to strengthen the position of Rio series of SUVs in the Indian market as the festive season is on its brink to start.
