Porsche Baby Boxter likely to be on the lines of Audi R4 Roadster

Who in the Auto industry doesn’t know the ever so luxurious Porsche?  Rumor has it that Porsche is all set and geared up to make its grand entry into the level of Sports convertible. It is expected that this new car will be the latest version of Porsche 550 Spyder, which was manufactured between 1953 and 1956. As per the owner of Porsche, Mr. Mathias Mueller, Porsche is planning to manufacture Porsche Baby Boxster. This will be superbly designed.

The old one, Porsche 550 Spyder, was actually the ride of James Dean, the Hollywood legend who was killed in a car crash, the car here was Porsche 550 Spyder. The brand new Porsche Boxster will be based on the Audi A4 roadster platform. According to the sources, the new Porsche Boxster will come with a 4 cylinder boxer engine.

Speculations suggest that the 4 cylinder boxer engine will come with a size of 2.5 litres. It is also expected that the same engine will also be used in Porsche 911 and Porsche Cayman. This powerful engine will keep the capacity to churn out about 360 horse powers. Also, the new Porsche Baby Boxster will be just positioned beneath the regular Porsche Boxster. However, one thing is for sure that this new Porsche Boxster will come loaded with some luxurious and powerful features. It is rumored that the new Baby Porsche Boxster will be powered by twin turbocharged 4 cylinder engine. It is also expected that Porsche will soon launch its new Porsche 911, which will go on board in making an upgradation to all cars in its range.

Apart from Porsche 911 car, there is another car that Porsche is planning to launch that will be placed between Porsche 918 Spyder supercar and Porsche 911. As per this car manufacturer, the brand new Baby Porsche Boxster will keep the capability to lure the consumers who actually had a wish to own James Dean Porsche 550 Spyder. Also it is rumored that new Porsche Boxster price will be lower than the regular Porsche Boxster model.
