New 2014 Renault Koleos teased
As the 2014 Indian Expo is inching closer, Renault India has started teasing the facelift of its flagship SUV, Koleos. Recently, the company released some teaser images of the SUV at its official Facebook page. There is a strong buzz that the 2014 new Renault Koleos would be unveiled at the Delhi Motor Show 2014.
A teaser image reflects the front grille which is more imposing and stunning this time around. Another teaser image is there with caption 'Outstandingly Comfortable' which explores the interior of the vehicle. As it is clearly visible through image, beautifully crafted leather seats are gracing the SUV. The final teaser image which reads as 'Audaciously Smart' reveals that Koleos would be featuring several premium features such as cruise control, hill assist and a button to toggle between two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive.
Renault Koleos is expected to carry the same 2.0-litre diesel motor, but, with a bit of tweaking so that it could yield some great performance and fuel efficiency. The tuned diesel mill is expected to generate a whopping power output of 171bhp and a maximum torque performance of 360Nm which is 23bhp and 46Nm more than the current one. It would be pitted against the likes of Toyota Fortuner, Ford Endeavour, BMW X1, Hyundai Santa Fe etc.
