India Bound: 2015 Honda CR-V Facelift Prices Announced in UK
Honda has announced the UK pricing of 2015 CR-V facelift, the prices in UK starts from a £22,340 (approximately INR 21 lac) for the base 2.0 i-VTEC manual 2WD petrol model and will top out at £35,620 (approximately INR 33 lac) for the new 1.6 i-DTEC 160PS 4WD nine-speed automatic. Speaking of the Indian launch, it can be expected this year.

Adding on the Honda CR-V, the stylistic changes are majorly concentric towards the front facia. The three-slat grille of on-going SUV has been replaced with a more up market one. The new grille is flanked around by refreshed headlamps with daytime running LEDs. Moreover, there are subtle changes to the rear profile and interiors of the facelifted SUV.
In Europe, Honda has been selling CR-V with 1.6 i-DTEC diesel, the motor chucks out 120PS of max power and 300 Nm of peak torque. But with this facelift which will be rolling to dealership in UK this March, the 1.6 i-DTEC’s power is bumped to 160 PS thanks to a two stage turbocharger! While the torque is uprated from 300 Nm to 350 Nm. Speaking in context to India, currently CR-V is solely fueled by petrol but despite this it manages decent numbers monthly. This said, to extract more sales no - Honda India might bring the 1.6 i-DTEC in CR-V with 2015 facelift, at least in 120 PS guise. But nothing has been confirmed yet by the Japanese automaker.
