GM displayed range of offerings at Auto Expo South 2010

General Motors displayed a dazzling range of cars at the regional Auto Expo in Hyderabad at Hitex Exhibition Centre scheduled from May 14 - 16, 2010. The display vertical included Chevrolet's latest offerings from the 300 series, Chevrolet Cruze and Chevrolet Beat and the most sought after cars Chevrolet Spark and Chevrolet Captiva.

General Motors displayed a dazzling range of cars at the regional Auto Expo in Hyderabad at Hitex Exhibition Centre scheduled from May 14 - 16, 2010. The display vertical included Chevrolet's latest offerings from the 300 series, Chevrolet Cruze and Chevrolet Beat and the most sought after cars Chevrolet Spark and Chevrolet Captiva.

On P Balendran, Vice-President, General Motors India said that the company is very happy wit the response to the latest offerings from GM India and Hyderabad Auto Show gives the perfect platform to the company for exhibiting their technological advancement and product offerings. The company is looking forward to gain meaningful insights into the customer aspirations and response in this region and indeed to serve them better, he added.

Chevrolet has been doing extremely well in India and its cars Chevrolet Beat and Cruze have gained the position of the industry benchmarks in their respective segments. Chevrolet Spark is a hatchback and is one of the most popular cars in the segment of small cars in India. The car offers unbeatable styling, performance, fuel efficiency, value for money proposition and other product attributes. The recent news of rolling out of 100,000th Chevy Spark simply throws light on the ultimate position that the car has gained in the country.

Chevrolet Cruze is a sedan and is known for the luxury and refinement it offers. The same is the story for Chevrolet Captiva. Since it was launched, the car has been the top contender in the SUV segment. Lately, the company launched a limited edition of Captiva called the Xtreme with some additional features like electric Sunroof, sporty red black two tone interior trim, black bezel headlamps, smoked lens tail lamps, etc.
