Etios Motor Racing Cup has a contest up and running

After the successful completion of the first round of the Etios Motor Racing (EMR) Trophy in July 2014, Toyota Kirloskar Motor has just announced its return to the race circuit with the second round of EMR Trophy to be held on 27th& 28th of September at the Buddh International Circuit, Greater Noida. This is India’s only Formula 1 circuit and it has even organized races for the Etios Cup and even Volkswagen’s Polo Cup.

After the successful completion of the first round of the Etios Motor Racing (EMR) Trophy in July 2014, Toyota Kirloskar Motor has just announced its return to the race circuit with the second round of EMR Trophy to be held on 27th 28th of September at the Buddh International Circuit, Greater Noida. This is India’s only Formula 1 circuit and it has even organized races for the Etios Cup and even Volkswagen’s Polo Cup.

One can join in and witness the exciting Etios Motor Racing cars heat up the racing circuit as 15 young and enthusiastic drivers display their love for speed at this season’s EMR Championship trophy which will be run along the National Racing Championship 2014.

Keeping up the tempo of racing will be a LIVE performance by one of India’s most popular playback-singers, Shaan. Racing enthusiasts can also join the fervor by entering “The EMR Slogan Writing Contest” at Toyota dealerships and win exciting prices such iPads as well as sit in the Etios race car and get a feel of the race through Hot Laps at the Buddh International Circuit located in the Budd Sports City in Greater Noida.

Toyota has ben hosting the Etios Motor Racing since 2012 and the company has been working hard to increase the motorsport participation in the country. The fees for participation is also not very high, when compared to other single seater Formula races that happen in the country and the sport is open to talent. It doesn’t restrict one from participating except the age gap. Following the footsteps of Volkswagen and Toyota, Mercedes-Benz is the third entrant in this phase and it is also the first-luxury car maker in India to provide ample of opportunities to young motorsport enthusiasts in the country.
