Aston Martin opens first dealership in Luxembourg

Aston Martin enters the sovereign country of Luxembourg, opening the doors of its first dealership under the leadership of the Arnold Kontz Group. Holding over 50 years of experience within the automotive sector, the family owned group have an excellent reputation within a well established network. At the opening event held in Luxembourg, Dr. Ulrich Bez, Aston Martin Chief Executive, said: “Luxembourg has been the last open territory for Aston Martin in Central Europe. Our brand is very popular here, we have a big customer and enthusiast base. Therefore this market will play an important role for us in Europe where we plan to grow further. We are happy to have the Arnold Kontz Group onboard whom we know will enthusiastically represent our brand and support the full market potential here.”

As an affluent nation, expansion into Luxembourg marks a significant move for Aston Martin, further strengthening the brand’s representation in Europe. With Aston Martin Luxembourg in addition, the British luxury marque now operates through 44 dealerships in 18 countries Europe-wide. With many Aston Martins already in circulation within the Luxembourg market and a continued climb in numbers of registrations, the new dealership allows Aston Martin to meet the demands of both existing and new owners directly by providing for every possible need from sales to service in a fully fledged facility. The new fully travertine marble laid dealership has been designed with deliberate consideration to the customer’s experience of the brand, incorporating the globally recognised Aston Martin corporate identity throughout. The customer reception area in particular welcomes visitors into a 400m2 dedicated showroom. This provides Aston Martin customers with the possibility to view up to eight display cars from the Aston Martin range at any time. The latest selected models will also be available for test drives, such as the recently launched V8 Vantage S and the new Virage, the sporty V12 Vantage and DBS, as well as the elegant four-door Rapide and the luxury city slicker, Cygnet. Highlights of the opening event will be the display of the limited-edition super sports car, the Aston Martin One 77, alongside the newly launched DBS Carbon Edition Volante which debuted at the Frankfurt motor show last September.

From within, the customer is able to view both the car display area and high-tech service facility which in itself holds three dedicated lifts and is considered the new benchmark for Luxembourg. The new Aston Martin dealership for Luxembourg is situated in 128 Route de Thionville, in close proximity of cultural attractions, the inner shopping zone, and the wealthy financial centre of the capital.
