Ambassador, the car which has been long associated with India's political scenario will undergo quiet a lot of changes. This makeover will give the mid size car a completely different look in terms of style and design. The iconic car has recently been fading away from the domestic auto market. Amby now will get ready to be more upmarket and beat its competition on road.
If looking at the Indian auto market the industry has went through a lot of visible changes to which Hindustan Motors is still to get a grip on. The Indian car company will come hand in hand to suit the likability of the new age buyers.
Ambassador is one car which is compared with extremely popular cars such as BMW Mini and Volkswagen Beetle in terms of its appearance mainly. Ambassador has to gear up well with the new buyers and to do so the company will come with varied designs and style to suit the current Indian auto mobile market condition. It seems India is missing out the taste of the car. If looking at the car's sales graph it has steeply bent down and the arrow is continuously moving down month by month. The car noticed 400 cars sold in a months sale which comes from institutional and government demand.
As Dilip Chhabria, the well known car designer stated recently that the car (Ambassador) is every ones favourite. The company from a long time has not taken any noticed or big changes in cars from years. The car has been ruling the auto industry since 1950's. Mr Chabbaria also added that HM should change the car just like Porsche did for Porsche 911 and BMW for its BMW Mini.
