Tata to launch Tata Nano tomorrow

Tata Motors one of India's leading car manufacturer is launching Tata Nano tomorrow. Tata Nano is one of the best popular car in Tata Motors portfolio and company is expecting good sales of Nano in India as well as in the other countries. The first model of Tata Nano is expected to roll out from company's Pantnagar plant.

According to Tata Motors The booking amount for Tata Nano will be Rs 70,000. There is no details available about when the booking of Tata Nano will start but it is expected to be start from first or second week of April 2009. After the booking of Tata Nano there will be a random selection of lucky owners of Tata Nano. So people don't have to rush for bookings because there is no first come first buy basis.

Tata Motors is expecting initial booking of Tata Nano around 10 lakh although many market researchers are raising doubts about this much sales of Tata Nano. To finance large number sales of Tata Nano, Tata Motors is making tie-ups with many large PSU banks like State Bank of India, Union Bank of India and central Bank Of India. Although for Tata Nano the State Bank of India will be sole lender as per news reports.
