Tata Nano to feature in 'The India Show'

Anand Sharma, the Indian Commerce and Industry Minister will be accompanying the 80 CEO delegation at the “The India Show”. The event will begin on January 14th till January 18th at the Suntec Convection Centre. From the Tata Groups, Tata Technologies will give presentation on Tata Nano LX car model, the top end car version as its is an all weather small car that will be showcased in the show.

Patrick McGoldrick, Tata Technologies Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director said that from the company's side Tata Nano LX the high end car model will be displayed in the 'Indian Innovation' category. In the Tata Technologies “Better Innovation” event, the wonder car Tata Nano was presented in the road show which was exhibited on 14th January 2010, in the Detroit Science Centre in the celebration week of the North American International Automotive Show in Detroit, Michigan.

Tata Nano has been in news since its inception, be it the political unrest or the increasing safety issues or the price hike. But this mini wonder has been able to capture the world attention with its technology. Even when the US President Barack Obama visited India last year, he and his wife saw the small car and appreciated its making. Currently, in India it is again stabilizing its sales with various interesting schemes and offers on it and the new added safety features.
