Tata Nano speculated to make its debut in America
Tata Motors' wonder car Tata Nano has seen a lot of ups and downs so far, it has not been a bed of roses for the little car ever since its inception. It has not been easy to win the applauds of the customers. The car caught fire recently in Ahmadabad, such kind of reports had been reported earlier also. This crucial safety concern make the customers skeptical regarding buying the wonder car.

The Indian auto giant is looking forward at introducing the little car in other countries. Tata Motors is thinking on the lines of introducing the little car in other countries. Rumour has it that Tata Nano is now heading towards the American auto market. Tata Nano will take another two years to roll out in US due to American safety standards.

Ratan Tata- Tata Group's Chairperson also talked about the price of the small car at Cornell University’s College of Art, Architecture and Planning. As per him the Indian car prices will not be suitable for American-spec model. Probably, it might be tagged at $7,000 to $8,000 for the US auto market. He has revealed that for Tata Nano, US car model the design and engineering philosophy will be similar.

If Tata is planning to launch the small car in this price it has to pull its socks in areas like powerful petrol engine, interiors, rework the NVH, provide safety and luxury features such as satellite navigation, power steering, climate control, ABS, satellite navigation, airbags, and more for reaching upto the standards.
