    Tata Nano insurers to await launch of Nano

    India's most awaited car Tata Nano is expected to launch on 23rd of March. The Insurers are awaiting the launch of Tata Nano for quoting the rates of Insurance. according to dealers the rates of insurance for Tata Nano will only possible to present when price list of spare parts of Tata Nano will available. The insurance cover for third party insurance for small cars is decided by the government as Rs 800.

    According to Deepak Sood MD of Future Generali Insurance it will be difficult for insurers to apply same rate of insurance for Tata Nano as they apply for other small cars.according to him insurers have to wait for price list of spare parts of Tata Nano. And only after availability of price list of all parts of Tata Nano there it will be possible for Tata Nano Insurers to issue an specific interest rate.

    Why Spare Parts list is not available. How can the car's minor injuries can be insured and rectified. Please make them available at the customer interest.
