Tata Nano Diesel DICOR spotted on road
The country’s biggest name in the world of automobiles, Tata Motors was recently heard working on the diesel version of its small wonder, Tata Nano. The ‘people’s car’ will now get a diesel avatar and the proof is that it is traced taking test drive on Indian roads. Earlier the car was traced in April taking test drives on highways and now it is found in the outer regions of Pune. The car was driving at a speed of 60kmph and the car was accompanied with Tata Aria and Tata Indica Vista.
The all new and exciting Tata Nano will come powered by common rail motor developed by Bosch. The 700cc single cylinder powerterain is speculated to smoke out a peak power of 35 bhp and top torque of 110 Nm. But the sizzling feature which has brought the car in news is that it will offer a mileage of 30kmpl as expected by industry experts.

With this effective figure, the car will register its name among the world’s modt efficient car models. As per the speculations, Tata motors will launch its most awaited Tata Nano Diesel by end of year 2011. If the speculations are to be believed, then Tata Nano Diesel will carry a price tag of Rs. 2,00,000 as the starting price.
