Official unveiling of Tata Nano LX in Tripura
Tata Nano LX (BSIII) was officially unveiled in Tripura on Friday. It is to be mentioned here that booking for the world’s cheapest car started yesterday across the country. Chairman of Tripura State Pollution Control Board, Mr M K Deb unveiled the Nano model at motor's show room here. The minimum ex showroom price is set at Rs 1,32,568 while the maximum is Rs 1,89,737, the official said.

Order booking for the car will remain open till April 25. The official said the transportation cost of the car is bound to affect its price as the factory had been relocated to Gujarat, adding, the demand for the car is much higher than expectation. An official of Tata Motors said transportation problem was the only reason behind the delay in unveiling the car here.
