Mosaic styled Tata Nano displayed at the Indian Art Summit

Tata Nano the smallest car globally has been making news headlines for itself and continues to do so. This time a Tata Nano enthusiast and an art artist has given the wonder car a funky look which will appeal to the youngsters for sure. Indigo Blue Art, Singaporean art gallery and Ketna Patel, a Singaporean well known artist will showcase its imagery pop art and for that they have selected the India's cheapest car Tata Nano.

The art will be exhibited in the Indian Art Summit which is commencing from today in a four day (20th to 23rd January) fest at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi.

The imagery created by the established artist Ketna Patel is a Mosaic style designed Tata Nano by SICIS the globally renowned in Mosaics. The images on Tata Nano is true combination of art, practicality and serviceability; the car looks savvy and upmarket with the new mosaics look by SICIS Murano Collection which gives the onlookers a feel of energy and ambiance of the stuffy Indian roods. The decorated Tata Nano will be exhibited today at 1 pm at Hall No-18 in Pragati Maidan (Entry from the Gate No 8).

The exhibition where the pop styled Tata Nano will be displayed has been named as 'Stop, Indians ahead'. The exhibition talks about Indian Diapora artist within fast growing contemporary art in India. It enhances the things that bother and interest the Diaspora artists who are living in today's contemporary society. Ketna Patel who is the artist for the mosaic style Tata Nano has kept political scenario in India and Asia as the theme for the art. The elements depicted in the art are globalisation and consumerism. The changing face of Asia over time is one such other aspect that has been thrown light on. Ketna Patel has voiced her concerns over slowly diminishing cultural life in Asian streets through her art.

The third Indian Art summit is the largest fair in India and is held annually. Over two hundred artists will showcase their work here. Other attractions in the summit include sculpture week, video lounge, life performances, curated art projects, elaborate speaker forums and an art store.
