Volvo Car Corporation has recently updated its entire global product range including S60 Saloon, S80 Saloon and XC60 SUV, which are also sold in India. The Sweedish auto giant now aims to achieve 35% growth in sales on account of a new vehicle, service network expansion and the updated range. The new vehicle which we are talking about is the Volvo V40 Cross Country that made its global debut at the Paris Motor Show last year and as per a report published in the ET today, the said vehicle would be launched in India by the third quarter of the existing year. Expected to be priced at around 23-25 lakh, the V40 Cross Country will be the cheapest vehicle from Volvo in India, and will compete against the likes of Audi Q3, BMW X1 and Mercedes-Benz B-Class and a few others falling in the same price range.
